As a Senior Property Manager, my main responsibility is to ensure that the properties in my portfolio are managed to a high standard. This includes tasks such as arrears management, leasing, inspections, and coordinating maintenance. By taking care of these important aspects, I provide peace of mind to both my clients and my team.

Among the Lin Andrews values, the one that resonates with me the most is "Family above career." Family is incredibly important to me, as they are my backbone and support system. I believe that when you are happy and content in your family life, it naturally flows into your work life as well.

One of my favorite things about my job is the fact that every day brings a new challenge. It keeps me on my toes and allows me to constantly grow and learn.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places. Whether it's a weekend getaway or a longer adventure, traveling allows me to relax, recharge, and gain inspiration from different cultures and experiences. This also helps me collect ideas and inspiration for another aspect of my life - owning and managing a small motel. It's an exciting venture!
