As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, I facilitate the sale and leasing of commercial properties across Adelaide. My role involves solicitating and conducting appraisals, and liaising with landlords to ensure sale and lease prices are set at the correct rates to achieve the best yields. I take pride in securing the highest possible prices in the most efficient timeframe, benefiting both property owners and tenants.

In addition to working closely with our clients, I also support the commercial sales and leasing, and property management teams. Whether it's assisting with transactions, offering strategic advice, or providing insights into market trends, I strive to contribute to the success of my colleagues and clients alike.

Among the Lin Andrews values, I resonate most with integrity. Providing honest and transparent advice is crucial to building trust with landlords and ensuring successful long-term relationships. I strongly appreciate that integrity is at the core of Lin Andrews Real Estate, shaping the way we do business.

One of my favourite aspects of my job is the variety it brings—no two days are the same. From preparing marketing campaigns and pitching new properties to conducting inspections and finalizing transactions, every day presents a new challenge. I enjoy the dynamic nature of the role, as it keeps me engaged and constantly learning.

Outside of work, I have a passion for sports. During the summer months, you’ll find me playing cricket. Additionally, an interesting fact about me is that I have spent a significant part of my working life in Myanmar (Burma), a country many people haven’t heard much about.

A quote that resonates with me comes from Rudyard Kipling’s poem If:

"If you can meet with triumph and disaster, And treat those two impostors just the same:"

This line serves as a reminder to stay grounded, whether in moments of success or challenge, and to approach each situation with a level-headed mindset.
