As the Head of Residential Property Management, my primary responsibilities include managing our property management staff, overseeing training and development, and spearheading business development initiatives. I also focus on implementing policies and procedures that align with industry best practices. My role is central to supporting our staff in all aspects, which in turn enhances client engagement and ensures high customer satisfaction. 

I deeply connect with the Lin Andrews value of Integrity. I believe that trust and ethics are fundamental in all transactions and relationships, not just in business but in all facets of life. This commitment to integrity is what guides my professional conduct and helps in building lasting relationships with both team members and clients. 

My favourite aspect of my job is the ability to impact positively on my team’s professional life through positive leadership, which often translates into seeing my staff smile and thrive. 

An interesting fact about me is my passion for gastronomy; I successfully visited 100 top restaurants in Adelaide within a year, which was a delightful and enriching challenge. 

Outside of work, my passions include wining and dining, and I also love renovating properties. Transforming spaces gives me immense satisfaction, watching each transformation unfold is always exhilarating.
